    - Over 20 years of experience as a chef in various restaurants;
      mastering the culinary techniques of Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine
    - Second class chef of the Ontario Chinese Restaurant Association
    - Graduate of the Chinese Cuisine for the Professional Certtificate Program at George Brown College

  • Michael Fung - Manager, Head Chef
    - Over 20 years of experience in managing various business ventures
    - Instructor at George Brown College, Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism Chinese cuisine for the professional Certificate program
    - Certified Food handler (recognized by the Toronto Public Health)
    - Specialization: Chinese and Szechaun cuisine

  • With the aforementioned credentials, our chefs have professional standards for the quality of food prepared.
